Throughout the manufacturing process, the approved quality assurance plan is strictly followed. Raw materials, purchased items, and consumables are only purchased from approved vendors. The physical and chemical properties of raw materials are tested in NABL-approved laboratories. Calibration is performed on welding machines and measuring instruments. Welder tests are performed according to ASME standards, and welding is performed only by certified welders. Quality control is strictly enforced when manufacturing components. Our quality assurance engineer inspects components for correctness at each stage. Non-destructive tests such as DPT, RT, UT, MPT, and DFT are performed by qualified ASNT Level II personnel following code requirements.
